Ingredients
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup strawberries
1 medium mango
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Method
Begin by mixing together sugar, oil, salt, and vinegar in a jar. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until the ingredients are completely combined.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together a variety of salad greens, dried cranberries, fresh strawberry slices, diced mango, and finely chopped onion.
Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and finish with a generous handful of sliced almonds on top.
