  • 1 pound beef tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 fillets anchovies

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf fresh baguette

Method

  1. Begin by wrapping the beef tightly in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for around an hour until it firms up slightly.
  2. While the beef is chilling, create the sauce by combining mayonnaise, two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, anchovies, and a quarter teaspoon of ground pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth and set aside.
