1 package ravioli
1 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
Method
Start by gathering all the ingredients needed for the dish.
In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until it starts to bubble, then lower the heat and let it simmer while you prepare the ravioli.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs with a pinch of salt.
Take each ravioli and dip it into the egg mixture first, then roll it in the bread crumbs until fully coated.
In a large skillet, pour in about two inches of oil and heat it until a small piece of breading sizzles upon contact. Fry the ravioli in batches, turning them to achieve a golden brown color, about one minute per side.
