4 pieces chicken thighs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup flour
1 large egg

Method
Begin by laying each chicken thigh between two pieces of parchment paper and gently flatten them using a meat mallet.
In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper for seasoning. Prepare two additional shallow dishes: one filled with flour and the other with a whisked egg. Start by coating the chicken thighs with flour, then dip them into the egg wash, and finally cover them in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure proper cooking.
