  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 package pudding mix

Method

  1. Start by heating water in a medium saucepan and adding the rice. Bring it to a rolling boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and let it simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes until the rice is tender and the water has evaporated.
