A delightful whipped cream recipe enhanced with gelatin for a creamy texture that holds its shape, perfect for topping desserts or enjoying on its own.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon gelatin
Method
Collect all the ingredients needed for the whipped cream preparation.
Place your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to achieve the best whipping results.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix water and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to soften.
Microwave the gelatin mixture for 30 to 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until completely dissolved. Let it cool at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes until it remains liquid but no longer warm.
Once your bowl and beaters are chilled, add the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Begin beating the mixture until you see clear marks from the beaters.
Gradually pour in the cooled gelatin mixture while continuing to beat the cream. Keep whipping until you achieve stiff peaks.
