Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
1 can green chilies
1 cup salsa
1 cup heavy cream
8 pieces tortillas
1 cup cheese
Method
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, diced green chilies, and salsa until well combined. Set aside.
In a separate shallow dish, whisk the heavy cream with a pinch of salt until it's smooth and creamy. Set aside for later use.
Heat a good amount of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each tortilla for about 2 to 4 seconds until they start to blister, then immediately dip each one into the cream mixture.
Fill each dipped tortilla with the chicken mixture, rolling them tightly and placing them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour any leftover cream mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
