1 whole banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon almond extract
a pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup oats
Method
Begin by mashing half of a ripe banana in a saucepan until it's smooth and creamy.
Incorporate almond milk, a drizzle of honey, a hint of almond extract, a small pinch of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon into the mashed banana, whisking everything together until well blended.
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to gently bubble, then mix in the oats.
