2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup olive oil
4 cups kale
1 cup edamame
1/2 large red onion
1 large carrot
1 cup blueberries

1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Method
Start by making the dressing: In a bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
