Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 medium bell pepper
1 stalk celery
1 cup shrimp
1 can canned tuna
1 small onion
1/2 cup Catalina dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon relish
to taste garlic salt
Method
Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water until it reaches a vigorous boil. Add elbow macaroni and let it cook for about 8 minutes, or until it reaches an al dente texture; then drain the pasta.
Cool the pasta by rinsing it under cold running water, then drain it again to remove excess moisture.
In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni with diced bell peppers, chopped celery, succulent shrimp, canned tuna, finely minced onion, and a blend of Catalina dressing mixed with mayonnaise. Include a spoonful of relish and a dash of garlic salt, then mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
