A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad dressed with a zesty lime and honey poppy seed dressing, perfect for a healthy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 unit Orange
  • 2 unit Kiwi
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds

Method

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and add in diced pineapple, orange chunks, sliced kiwi, grapes, and strawberries.
  2. In a smaller bowl, whisk together lime zest, lime juice, honey, poppy seeds, and a quarter cup of the juice set aside from the pineapple.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and carefully mix to ensure every piece is coated.
