Ingredients
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons tequila
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
a pinch none salt
Method
In a saucepan, mix together freshly squeezed orange juice, a dash of tequila, and a sprinkle of orange zest. Place over medium heat until it begins to bubble gently.
