These delightful bites combine the warmth of cinnamon and the crunch of pecans in a soft biscuit form, perfect for sharing at any gathering or enjoying as a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package biscuits
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease six small Bundt pans.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, then set aside. Cut the biscuits into various sizes, aiming for 2 to 5 pieces per biscuit.
  3. Distribute half of the chopped pecans evenly among the prepared pans. Roll the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place them into the pans, ensuring they are evenly arranged. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar and stir in the rest of the pecans. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces in the pans.
  5. To make it easier to handle, place all the Bundt pans on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Once done, take them out of the oven and quickly invert each pan onto serving plates while they are still hot.
