Ingredients
1 cup cracked bulgur wheat
2 cups boiling water
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium cucumbers
1 small onions
1 clove garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint

Method
Begin by placing cracked bulgur wheat in a bowl and covering it with 2 cups of boiling water. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes, then drain and press out any excess water.
In a spacious mixing bowl, blend the hydrated bulgur with chopped tomatoes, diced cucumbers, finely minced onions, garlic, fresh parsley, and mint. Season with salt, a splash of lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Gently combine all the ingredients to ensure even distribution, then refrigerate the salad for at least 4 hours to let the flavors meld beautifully.
Just before serving, give the salad a gentle toss to reintroduce all the ingredients.
