2 medium avocado
2 medium tomatoes
1 can black beans

Method
Start by placing corn in a large pot and covering it with water. Bring to a vigorous boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer until the corn is tender, about 5 minutes. Drain the corn and allow it to cool before carefully cutting the kernels off the cobs.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooled corn kernels with diced avocados, chopped tomatoes, black beans, finely chopped cilantro, diced onion, and minced jalapeño for a fresh flavor.
