This delightful cheesy bake combines the rich flavors of spinach and artichokes, perfect for a savory appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can, chopped Artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups, chopped Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2.5 cups, shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup, grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 1-quart baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach with mayonnaise. Fold in 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly. Top it off with the remaining 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
