Ingredients

  • 12 pieces mushroom caps
  • 1 piece orange bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Method

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped mushroom stems, diced orange bell pepper, minced onion, and grated carrot along with crispy bacon until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour cream, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the mixture is well combined and the cheese is melted.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
