Ingredients
12 pieces mushroom caps
1 piece orange bell pepper
1 small onion
1/2 cup grated carrot
4 slices crispy bacon
1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
Method
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped mushroom stems, diced orange bell pepper, minced onion, and grated carrot along with crispy bacon until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour cream, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the mixture is well combined and the cheese is melted.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
