2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 ounce brandy
1.5 cups sparkling wine
3 pieces fresh strawberries
Method
Begin by collecting all the ingredients needed for this refreshing beverage.
In a blender, mix together the hulled strawberries, some powdered sugar, and a splash of brandy. Blend until completely smooth and then let it chill in the refrigerator for around 10 minutes.
Once chilled, pour the strawberry puree into three elegant champagne flutes.
