Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 container yogurt
  • 1/3 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1/3 sliced banana
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Method

  1. Start by placing a layer of 1/4 cup chopped strawberries and 1/4 cup blueberries in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add a third of your preferred yogurt over the berry layer.
  3. Sprinkle 1/3 tablespoon of wheat germ on top of the yogurt.
  4. Slice a banana and add a third of it to the mixture for extra sweetness.
  5. Finish with about 2 tablespoons of crunchy granola on top.
  6. Continue layering the ingredients until everything is used up, creating a visually appealing parfait.
