Ingredients
1 box pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
4 cups cake cubes
2 medium bananas
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup whipped topping
Method
In a large bowl, mix the pudding powder with cold milk, whisking for about 2 minutes until it's fully combined. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken up.
In a glass serving dish or parfait bowl, start layering by adding half of the cake cubes as the base. Then, pour in half of the thickened pudding, followed by half of the banana slices, half of the fresh strawberries, and half of the whipped cream. Repeat these layers one more time.
Once all layers are assembled, cover the parfait and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours to let the flavors blend beautifully before serving.
